“Design is influence. Almost everything has a ‘design’, functional or not, and that design influences decisions!”
Armed with a degree in Digital Design and Visual Effects, Gabby is passionate about using design to cultivate human-to-human (and brand-to-audience) connections.
Stepping into the world of design from a background in performing arts, Gabby’s mission is to use ALL aspects of design and creativity in her work to craft unique and energetic designs that speak to people without the need for words.
She firmly believes that brand identity isn’t just a ‘design’, it’s the face and personality of a company. In an overly-saturated market where social media is the new ‘word of mouth’, looking good and acting the part are now necessities for any business worth interacting with.
Gabby is drawn to alternative styles that push boundaries—with harsh contrasts or intricate balances between hard and soft, dark and light, or even juxtaposed mediums to create edge and playfulness. In her eyes, there’s something magical in finding a balance between styles—it creates an element of uniqueness and grit. (We couldn’t agree more).
Gabby works remotely from Sydney, and although her main personality trait for the past year has been “I’m getting married!”, she also enjoys gym life, reading fantasy romance novels and obsessing over her cat.
