Equipped with a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication and The Design Kids Bootcamp certification, Jess has a broad background in marketing, graphic design, advertising and illustration. She believes brand identity and brand design go beyond just creating beautiful aesthetics to shaping how people connect with businesses on an emotional level. And they can leave lasting impressions on the minds and hearts of their audiences or customers.
A big proponent of thinking outside the box and pushing boundaries (it’s no wonder she fits in so well at Pink Pony!), Jess thrives on creative freedom, continuously learning new skills, and turning her passion for design into impactful decisions.
She adores all kinds of design, from elegant editorial branding to whimsical doodle-like illustrations—and always goes beyond her comfort zone and embraces experimentation to create something distinctly different.
Working at Pink Pony Creative keeps her creativity ablaze thanks to our ever-changing projects, and the chance to experiment with everything from minimalistic to bold, outgoing and playful design styles.
When she’s not playing with pixels, you’ll find Jess engrossed in the pages of a book, immersed in Animal Crossing or taking long, lazy beach walks. (We are 100% spoiled here in NZ!)
